Warranty

Do OrthoFeet Shoes Have a Warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our shoes because we want you to stay active and get back to what you love.

If your OrthoFeet shoes develop a material or workmanship fault within six months of delivery, we may be able to help.

What is NOT covered under warranty:

  • Products found, at OrthoFeet’s sole discretion, to be free of material or workmanship flaws
  • Size, fit, or style preference complaints
  • Returns from customers residing outside the UK
  • Footwear returned more than 6 months after the order date
  • Products showing excessive wear, misuse, or alteration
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Salesman samples or promotional products
  • Shoes purchased outside of orthofeet.co.uk

How to request an inspection:

Email photos of the suspected fault and your original order number to:
contact@orthofeet.co.uk

If an outcome cannot be determined from the photos provided, you may be asked to return your shoes for inspection.

Return requirements:

  • Every return must include the original order number
  • The order number must be clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box
  • Shipments without the order number will be returned to the sender without inspection. If the return address is not stated on the parcel, the package will be destroyed and OrthoFeet will not replace the contents of the package

OrthoFeet is not responsible for:

  • Misdirected or lost packages
  • Any issues resulting from failure to follow these guidelines

Inspections

  • Upon product receipt and inspection, if the product is determined by OrthoFeet in its sole discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, a replacement will be sent to you
  • If a replacement is issued, the product will not be returned and will be recycled

OrthoFeet aims to assess any fault claims within 28 days.
